These terms set out the rules for using this website and the general basis on which Seven Tigers Lighting deals with trade customers. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using lighting.seventigers.in (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Business-to-business use
The Site and the products shown on it are intended for trade and business buyers: distributors, retailers, hospitality groups, designers, contractors and similar professionals. It is not a consumer shopping site and does not accept online orders or payments.
3. Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate, but product images, descriptions, finishes, ranges and availability are shown for general information and may change without notice. Photographs are illustrative; actual products, colours and finishes may vary slightly. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance.
4. Quotations and orders
- A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it (and, where agreed, make the advance payment).
- Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and validity periods are stated in each quotation. Prices exclude taxes, duties and import charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, delivery terms (including the applicable Incoterms® rule), packing and documentation are those stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
- Custom (OEM and ODM) orders are made to your specification and may be non-cancellable once production has started. Tooling, samples and approval requirements are agreed in writing.
5. Shipping, risk and title
Risk of loss or damage passes at the point set by the agreed Incoterms rule. Delivery dates are estimates; they depend on production, shipping lines, customs and events outside our control. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer on full payment unless the order confirmation says otherwise.
6. Inspection, claims and warranty
Please inspect goods on receipt and tell us in writing of any shortage, visible damage or non-conformity within the period stated in the order confirmation, with photographs and packing details. Warranty terms, if any, are those given in the quotation or order confirmation. A warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical supply, modification, or normal wear.
7. Compliance and import responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for confirming that products meet the technical, safety and certification rules of the destination, and for import licences, duties, taxes and customs clearance there, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Exports are subject to our International Export Compliance policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, images, logos, designs, product photographs and layout belong to Seven Tigers or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and download material for your internal evaluation of our products, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell or use it for commercial purposes, or use the Seven Tigers name or logos, without our written permission. Buyers of private-label products must not claim rights in our underlying designs unless agreed in writing.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or to send false or misleading enquiries; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; introduce malware or interfere with its operation; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or impersonate another person or company.
10. Enquiry form and communications
When you submit the enquiry form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please provide accurate information.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site includes links and embeds from third parties, such as WhatsApp and Google Calendar. They are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any warranty expressly given in a written quotation or order confirmation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Tigers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business, arising from the use of the Site. For any claim relating to goods supplied, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods that gave rise to the claim, unless the law or a written contract provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Seven Tigers against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of the law or of another party’s rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
